FleetEdge now bridges ORC and IRC, enriches every race with weather intelligence, and decomposes performance into physics, conditions, and crew.

The fleet's physics layer now runs on R16, with stability behavior derived from each boat's own certificate: righting moment and reference sailing state, published with a confidence grade or an explicit refusal. Every boat is held to the same evidence standard — where the certificate supports a result, the fleet carries it; where it does not, the fleet says so.

The Performance Potential Index decomposes every result into three measurable pillars. Physics potential captures hull and sail plan efficiency.
